After four years building one of Germany's most widely used BaFin-regulated digital asset custody platforms, AI became my second deep conviction — not as a buzzword, but as the lever that will fundamentally reshape how regulated financial companies operate. I initiated "Tangany AI OS," an agentic AI platform vision, and have been driving it forward as a passionate innovator.

This prototype demonstrates what an AI-native operating system for Circle could look like — a platform where 12 specialized skill agents continuously monitor compliance, risk, treasury, network operations, and growth, surfacing proactive insights rather than waiting for queries. It's built to show how the "Tangany AI OS" vision I've been championing translates directly to Circle's scale and complexity, turning scattered dashboards and manual workflows into a unified, agent-driven command layer.
